1) Конкретные пожелания к товару всегда указывайте при заказе.
Организатор СП не несет ответственности за брак, поскольку ничего не продает, и является лишь посредником между Участником и Поставщиком. А Поставщик не делает замену товара (как и большинство оптовых торговцев в Украине). В магазинах цены поэтому намного выше, что они этот риск перекрывают за свой счет. Если Вы участвуете в СП и экономите на стоимости товара, будьте готовы и нести риски по браку.
От себя добавлю, что заведомо бракованные игрушки поставщик не отправит, но скрытые браки или проблемы с электроникой возможны хотя это бывает очень нечасто.
3) Пока товар доедет до нас, цена может измениться - рассчитываю окончательную сумму по получению.
